This 100% English-taught program prepares you to become a strategic leader in the international real estate sector, capable of anticipating market trends, developing high-performing business units, and managing innovative real estate projects. You will learn to analyze global trends, optimize asset value, design marketing and sales strategies tailored to international challenges and lead multicultural teams in a constantly evolving environment. Master's objectives

At the end of this program, you will be able to:

Prerequisites

To join the first year, you need to have completed three years of higher education, which corresponds to 180 ECTS credits. This includes programs such as a business school bachelor's degree, a professional bachelor's in commerce, a bachelor's in marketing, BUT GACO, BUT GE, and similar fields.

To join the second year, you need to have completed four years of higher education, which corresponds to 240 ECTS credits. This includes programs such as a 4th year in a business school, a first year of a Master's in commerce or marketing, and similar fields.

You will be assessed each year using methods best suited to the different training modules. Evaluations may be conducted individually or in groups.

The school certificate is awarded at the end of the program once all the requirements set by the institution have been met. The final al of the program includes a "Skills Week", featuring various assessments designed to demonstrate the acquisition of the competencies targeted by the professional certification. Assessment methods include: case studies, professional simulations with deliverables, consulting reports, and a thesis or professional project.

Certification assessments are always conducted individually.

The evaluation formats are: simulations, consulting report, thesis/professional project.

The training program includes 469 hours per year. This total covers classroom instruction, group work, e-learning activities, and events related to the program such as conferences.

Pathways : 

This program leads to the RNCP Level 7 certification of Business Unit Manager.

Bridges are possible to other programs offered by ESG schools that award the same title and/or deliver the same training.

Equivalency : 

This title does not have an equivalence with other professional certifications.

Tuition fees : 

Training fees are available on our Admission page, under the "Fees and Funding" section. For students enrolled in a work-study program, no tuition fees are charged to the student.
